Those of you who know me since I ran for office in 1990 and 1992 have heard me advocate government reform over and over again. You may have read my “Patriot Plan: Voter Imposed Term Limits” drafted in 1990 in which I explain why we need a third party and have to throw the bums out – all of them. I amusingly call our elected officials two wings of the same vulture.
Today I was made aware of a 5 minute speech that got Judge Napolitano fired from FOX news nearly a year ago. If you are not familiar with the Judge he is a brilliant jurist. More articulate than I, perhaps you will take note as he reveals what I have not been able to clearly convey all these years.
The Judge eloquently and powerfully details explicit facts that demonstrate what we have failed to recognize. If we continue to do what we have been doing – we are going to lose the America our founders gave us. Perhaps we are already too late.
Note: Ron Paul is not the answer but – “We the People” are.
Please listen to and digest this speech, if you believe it has merit – pass it on and perhaps “We the People” will begin to take back our country and stop the madness.

Loretta E. Lynch saves the day: Pedophile Andrew Goodman Arrested On Federal Charges

Andrew Goodman almost got away with a slap on the wrist from the idiot Judge Martin P. Murphy but Loretta E. Lynch will have the last word! let’s show her our support!

Andrew Goodman pleaded guilty to multiple felonies, including oral sex and anal sex with the victim. He could have been sentenced to dozens of years in prison. Instead, Judge Martin P. Murphy refused to allow the victim’s parent or the A.D.A. to speak, and instead sentenced Goodman to 2 years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release. With time already served, Goodman would be free in September                         .

The outrage by his victims and the general public has finally found a shero in Loretta E. Lynch, the  Brooklyn pedophile – has been arrested by federal authorities.

Defendant Allegedly Took Victim to Atlantic City

A complaint was unsealed this morning in federal court in Brooklyn charging Andrew Goodman with transporting a minor in interstate commerce to engage in sexual activity.¹ Goodman’s initial appearance is scheduled later today before United States Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak, at the U.S. Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York.

The charge was announced by Loretta E. Lynch, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and Janice K. Fedarcyk, Assistant Director-in-Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, New York Field Office.

As alleged in the complaint, in February 2010, Goodman traveled with the then 15-year-old victim to Atlantic City, New Jersey. While there, Goodman sexually abused the victim in a hotel room.

“The prevention of sexual exploitation of children is a priority of this office,” stated United States Attorney Lynch. “Those who would take advantage of children are on notice that they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.” Ms. Lynch extended her grateful appreciation to District Attorney Charles J. Hynes and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office for their assistance in this case.

FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge Fedarcyk stated, “Those who sexually exploit children will be held to justice for all the crimes they commit under both federal and local laws. In this case, Mr. Goodman allegedly transported a minor across state lines with the intent to sexually abuse a child. The FBI and our law enforcement partners remain committed to protecting children from predators.”

If convicted, the defendant faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years’ imprisonment and a maximum of life imprisonment.

The government’s case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Tyler Smith.

Women are beginning to author books on the “War on Women” admitting it exists but bringing the evidence to prove it is not a Republican war waged this election cycle, but the pattern of behavior launched against women every election year by both the Democrats and the Republicans in an effort to use women  for their votes.

This year, name calling be damned,  women will not be silenced and in this book Dirty Words on Clean Skin, Anita Finlay,  with courage and conviction has set out to  recount the experiences that launched the REAL ”War on Women”. Those who launched this misogynistic war in 2008 have tried to conceal it for 4 years and now attempt to foist the blame for it on the rival party in time for the 2012 election. But the anger of women who were dealt the first blows are still feeling the sting,  and that fury  has finally reached fever pitch and we will not be silenced or confused by what we encountered first hand on the front lines. 

Millions of us were ridiculed, degraded and humiliated, hundreds of thousands were tormented and threatened by what we saw and heard. In an election year, we can be sure of two things:  First, the incumbent and his opponent are going to pander to groups where their poll numbers need shoring up.  Second, we can count on the mainstream media to function as the de facto PR firm for their favored son, further ginning up whatever problem said politician avers we need to solve, coincidentally ensuring his re-election.  In this case, that favored son is President Obama.

The current pandering is aimed squarely at the hearts and minds of women.  First, we had the contraceptive debate designed to whip us into a frenzy and now, suddenly, and as if it had not occurred to anyone else before him, the President deigns to tell us women we are not cookie cutter people and need to be dealt with as individuals.  Will this political pander work?  Of course it will.  If I’d learned anything in 2008, it is that women have an endless capacity to settle for crumbs rather than standing up to claim the cake.  That is the only way we could have witnessed the more qualified female candidate dragged through the mud, only to watch Ms. Magazine offer up a cover photo of Mr. Obama and declare, “This Is What a Feminist Looks Like.”

The real war on women is something entirely different than we are led to believe.  It cannot be contained in sound bites and certainly will not be explained in worthy fashion by someone who advantaged himself at every turn by the sexist rhetoric that was used to take down his worthy primary opponent.  In the name of changing the narrative and reclaiming the debate, my book Dirty Words On Clean Skin asks us all to examine the daily media and political brainwashing that deliberately shames, marginalizes and abuses women.  I am so pleased to launch my website to further this cause…please help it to go viral!

 Medical professionals appointed to D.C.’s Board of Medicine by the mayor are expected to fully investigate complaints made against licensed physicians and other health care providers. They are to take disciplinary action if warranted. But now a major cover-up can further put her life in danger – will they cover their asses at Ariana-Leilani’s expense?

But this peer-review process, designed to protect both the public and health care providers themselves, doesn’t work as intended when board members circle the wagons to protect their own.

That may have happened at the board’s Jan. 25 meeting, when the board refused to consider the latest in a string of complaints against a MedStar Georgetown University Hospital physician, claiming it contained no “new” information.

Attorney Roy Morris, who filed the complaint on behalf of the noncustodial mother of a Ward 3 youngster, told The Washington Examiner that the complaint did in fact contain new data never previously reviewed by the board.

The Georgetown doctor in question was already the subject of previous complaints for refusing to administer weekly doses of G-CSF — the medically accepted treatment for this child’s severe chronic neutropenia, an extremely rare and potentially fatal immune condition. But the new element in this complaint was that the same doctor had allegedly prescribed the 8-year-old girl an attention-deficit (hyperactivity) disorder drug that could make this condition worse.

The Domestic Violence Empire; Billion dollar industry in need of reform

Since the enactment of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) in 1994, the federal government has channeled over a billion dollars into organizations that are required to provide assistance to victims of domestic violence. The VAWA Web site does post figures on grants awarded to specific organizations and the amount of each grant, but does not detail how the funds are expected to be spent. The goal of the domestic violence reform movement is to ensure that all victims are afforded equal protections and services regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age and their perpetrator’s occupation. Victim resources and public policy must provide services and laws that address the needs of all victims including: women, men, teens, LGBT, officer-involved victims as well as immigrants so equal protections and services for all.

 

Currently, victims of violence on a local, state and national level are being failed by our funded resources.  The problem is that domestic violence shelters and agencies get funding based on the need for services and the number of hotline calls or heads in the shelter, not the cases they solve or the needs they meet.  You or I may call the shelter with a question, and that is then counted as a statistic for their agency.  Whether they help you or I or not, we both become a statistic for the agency and in turn, the agency will get rewarded with funding and grants. 

 

The most effective way to approach the reform issue is to spearhead this movement at the local and state level, while simultaneously gaining national support.  Our local and state resources are flawed and victims are unable to obtain appropriate services from shelters and agencies.  Some problems with the current support system include:

 

1. Crime victim’s compensation is difficult to obtain for domestic violence related injuries.  Emergency relocation is nearly impossible to obtain due to the lengthy application process and documentation required to proceed with the request; providing an emergency service should be a fast process, not one that takes weeks to complete with the risk of being denied services. 
   
2. Pro bono legal representation for divorce and family law cases are lacking. 
   
3. Pro bono surgeries after domestic violence are difficult to access for victims.
   
4. Career services for victims of domestic violence is a needed resource that should be provided by all shelters.  Helping women re-enter the work place and teaching victims how to be financially independent is vital. 
   
5. Transitional Housing is in high demand for victims of domestic violence. 
   
6. Victim transportation to court, case related appointments and to and from work while residing in a shelter is needed for all victims to maintain stability, financial independence, and make necessary appointments. 
   
7. Stalking resources are non-existent in every shelter.    
   

 

The list goes on; however, these are the most immediate resources that need to be addressed on a national level.

 

 A lack of funding for domestic violence is not the problem.  Many DV executives are making six figure salaries and beyond, and work 35 hour weeks.  Safe Horizon, the richest shelter in the US located in NYC, gets nearly 42 million dollars per year, while less than 1 million dollars is allocated towards direct services for victims in 5 boroughs. The top executives at Safe Horizon make hundreds of thousands of dollars each year with bonuses of 50K per year.  Even at the local level, executives running the county shelters make top salaries to serve a small population, and even then, many victims are being left behind.  There is nothing wrong with getting paid for a job well done and hard work, but getting rewarded while victims’ needs go unmet and while domestic homicide is on the rise is illogical. 

 

Each year, Mary Kay donates millions to the NNEDV, and this is not surprising since a Mary Kay representative sits on their Board.  This agency does not provide direct services to victims at any capacity.  How do I know that? I was denied services and support by the NNEDV as a victim in need of resources, and I am not the only one.  One of their missions is to empower victims of DV.  I was never empowered by this group.  The NNEDV did provide a victims fund “Amy’s Courage Fund”, which was sponsored by the Mary Kay Foundation, but that fund has closed because the resources were in high demand and the funds were exhausted.  This is a clear example of what victims need most: emergency funds for survival. 

 

In fact, many large corporations sponsor local shelters and national coalitions and agencies each year.  Many sponsors rely on statistics provided by the agencies and truly believe that victims are getting the services they need and are benefiting.  The reality is not as bright as the statistics portray, and, instead, many go without, find it impossible to get help, are denied shelter and services, and even die trying to get assistance. 

 

“Funding needs to be reallocated to lawyers and trained consultants that work one on one with victims of domestic violence, and provide follow-up on cases to ensure needs are met.  National, state and local domestic violence agencies need to be held accountable through proper oversight, which does not exist today.  Follow-up is poor, training is lacking and there are no incentives for agencies to provide victim services throughout the entire victimization cycle” Alexis Moore, Director of Victim Outreach for Tri-County Crisis Center, Inc.

 

Victims need real services.  The most critical point in any given victimization cycle is the point at which the victim picks up the phone and reaches out for help.  At that point it is critical for the victim in need to have access to direct services such as pro bono representation, career services, counseling, emergency funds, housing and shelter, transportation and basic necessities.  Without these services, victims are lost and are unable to survive the cycle of violence.  Without proper follow-up and attention, victims fall between the cracks and are put at risk.  These problems can be solved and should be tackled at the local and state level first, and then the movement must continue nationally with the support of organizations and individuals such as National NOW, NCADV, NNEDV and public officials.

What is wrong here?

Remember, not only did you contribute to Social Security but your employer did too. It totaled 15% of your income before taxes. If you averaged only 30K over your working life, that is close to $220,500. If you calculate the future value of $4,500 per year (yours & your employer’s contribution) at a simple 5% (less than what the govt. pays on the money that it borrows), after 49 years of working (me) you’d have $892,919.98. If you took out only 3% per year, you receive $26,787.60 per year and it would last better than 30 years, and that has with no interest paid on that final amount on deposit! If you bought an annuity and it paid 4% per year, you would have a lifetime income of $2,976.40 per month. The folks in Washington have pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madoff ever had. Entitlement my ass, I paid cash for my social security insurance. Just because they borrowed the money, does not make my benefits some kind of charity or handout. Congressional benefits, aka. free health care (They are exempt from the Healt Care they shoved down our throats), outrageous retirement packages, 67 paid holidays, three weeks paid vacation, unlimited paid sick days, now that’s welfare, and they have the nerve to call my retirement entitlements. These are the entitlements that need reformed!

535 Elected representatives from both parties have become millionaires who live extravegant lifestyles, flying in private 747  jets and spending money like royalty:

• Pelosi used Air Force aircraft for a total of 43 trips, covering 90,155 miles, from January 1 through October 1, 2010. The Air Force documented in-flight expenses for 22 of these flights totaling $1,821.33. The Air Force did not provide expense information for the remaining 21 flights.
• Former Speaker Pelosi received chocolate-covered strawberries as a birthday surprise on a March 26, 2010, flight. According to one internal Air Force email sent on March 25, 2010: “The speaker’s office is requesting egg salad sandwiches on wheat toast with fruit (watermelon, etc) for desert (sic). It’s the speaker’s B-Day tomorrow so we’re also asking for something like chocolate covered strawberries (dark chocolate preferred)…” The immediate response to the email from another member of the Air Force staff: “Copy all. We’ll plan something for the birthday and take care of the meal.”

The lavish parties and vacations complete with a separate entourage has proven our white house does not feel our pain. There are parties and state dinners and seperate vacations and vacations that seems to require two planes 4 hours apart. While Missouri drowned , people died and others starved Obama  dined happily with the Queen.  Guess he didn’t get the message from the backlash of the Bush administration when Baby Bush simply flew over New Orleans  on his way to a fund raiser or when he vacationed  and spent execcively during his eight years. Or maybe he learned – we are a dumb electorate — afterall Bush got 4 more years in spite of being incompetant

Someone please tell me what the HELL is wrong with all the people that run this country and with those of us that vote!

We are “broke” & can’t help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc?  In the past, we have provided aid to Haiti, Chile, and Turkey to name a few. And now Pakistan home of Osama Bin Laden is still getting literally, BILLIONS of American tax dollars.

Our retired seniors living on a ‘fixed income’ receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our government and religious organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of dollars’ and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries!

They call Social Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of us have been paying for it all our working lives and now when its time for us to collect, the government is running out of money. Why did the government borrow from it in the first place?

We have hundreds of adoptable children who are shoved aside or aborted to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans.

AMERICA: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry, elderly going without ‘needed’ meds, and mentally ill without treatment -etc.

YET, they have a ‘Benefit’ for the people of other countries hit with hurricanes and earthquakes and tsunamis shown 24/7 on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents, clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies. We sent money for food to countries where the money never gets to the hungry but is instead used by the terrorists to further terrorize their own people and threaten everyone.

Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave ‘US’ the same support they give to other countries. We are not saying we do not care about others but do not call our investment returns an entitlement and take it from US and give it to whom ever you please or to buy favors.

WE the people are very kind and generous, we can decide what charity we will donate to, and We can spend our money as we see fit.

OK, SO WHEN DO WE GET PISSED AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?

Let’s reform the Congressional entitlements that they vote for themselves on both sides of the aisle.  Throw the bums out – all of them- USACLEANSWEEP

So much for Democratic civility!

Now what would happen if a Tea Party member told her and The Black caucus to go straight to hell followed by a direct threat to help them get there?

It is a group of American Citizens  who pay your damned salary and whose money runs this country and who owns this country and has a right to speak.  For you to tell any American Citizen or group to go to hell is bullshit lady! I recently got an email with the following so called “BEST QUOTE OF THE DECADE – from the CZECH REPUBLIC” bashing the American people over our current POTUS.

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting an inexperienced man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama Presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their President.

The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

The Republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools who made him their President.”

Well, I cannot say that I disagree but it reminds me of the last ‘BEST QUOTE OF THE DECADE’ that one from the Brits. Remember this?

Great quotes both – but- as far as I am concerned the best quote was written by one of our own when we formed this country long before we the people lost our marbles and sold our souls to one party or the other over a few radical issues none of us has any damned business dictating to the other of us!

Any given Election year a paltry few percent of fools ( last few elections were won by 51-53%) will vote for one side or another over some radical issue be it religious vs. Liberal  (abortion/gay rights) or Republican vs. Dem (Green vs. drill baby drill or gun control) issue. Issues which apparently are more important that the waste, fraud, and abuse going on under our very noses. They are draining us dry while they are getting rich and making their cronies rich.

We should be focusing on jobs, economy, energy independence, education, infrastructure, equal representation by women in our government, media bias, court reform, earmark reform, term limits, terrorism, immigration, voter fraud, caucus fraud, corruption and tax reform instead of the divisive issues.

While they keep us looking at those divisive issues that keep us at each other’s throats they are abrogating our very democracy and getting away with it. We are battling each other while they just spend our money to get elected and re-elected. They spend it to play golf and to fly around the world visiting dignitaries for a day then vacationing for the rest of the week with the family members they brought with them; they vacation and buy homes on tropical islands all on our dime. They exempt themselves from our laws and health care reforms. They give themselves raises while they ask the citizens to pay more in taxes, they preach tax reform but they intend (just like HC reform) to hold on to their own loopholes. They believe they are above the law and are blatant about it (Kerry and his R.I. Yacht scandal)

The Republicans with their family values are repeatedly found short of family values too numerous to list here but we know what they are. Suffice it to say, both parties claim the other party does not suit our values and they are both right – NEITHER does! Both are corrupt! Both are lying through their teeth.

Both QUOTES OF THE DECADE are true, the one about fools voting for Obama and dummies voting for Bush. We are a nation of sheeple who are getting dumber and dumber every day and paying the dishonor to do so. The once great and proud America will fall like every great empire and like the great republic of Rome if we do not wake up soon and stop voting for a few issues, which both parties offer like carrots on a stick but never really deliver anyway but rather keep alive as bait to keep us hooked to their party.

WAKE UP.

BTW- I have no idea who really wrote the quote attributed to the CZECH’s – it doesn’t really matter  does it? Read instead our founders and our Constitution.
