I have received many emails from the Democratic party, Democratic Senators as well as the President all proud of the job that IMHO they did not do. There seems to be euphoria among Democrats that I frankly find insulting.
So I have composed my own generic email to all the Democrats falling all over themselves with pride and are soliciting for campaign funds.
Dear Democrat,
Do you hear us now?
The Democratic party is proud that 60 elected Democratic Senators ignored the will of WE the People?
The Democratic party shouldn’t be proud, they should be embarrassed that not one Senator had the integrity to do the job their constituents elected them to do. A Senators job is to be the voice of WE the People in Washington.
The Democratic party is sending letters from the President praising “His Historic Health Care Bill” Senators are praising themselves and the pack of 60 con artists.
All ignore the fact that they failed to do the job they were elected to do. All ignore the fact that the majority of Americans are against “His Historic Bill”
They should all be sending a letter of apology followed by a letter of resignation.
Democrats are proud and euphoric they passed legislation because their “majority” ruled, lost in their euphoria is the fact that the peoples rule of majority was not only ignored but WE the People who exercised our rights were mocked and ridiculed on the steps of WE the Peoples House.
United States Senators stampeding to follow not what their Constituents demands were but what the demands of the party leader were, being bought and sold in back room deals. Not one Democratic Senator stood up and said ” The people we represent are demanding we say NAY.”
And……..You’re All Proud? You should All be worried.
There is a NON PARTISAN movement sweeping this country to take back the Power and we began with the Democratic party who ignored the will of WE the People.
WE the People having recognized we have failed to get the attention of our elected have begun to speak with the all attention grabber, Our votes, and we will continue to speak with our votes until all those who ignored us are shown the door. WE the People are Voting to evict those who put party interests above the peoples interests.
And………On November 2, 2010
We the People will speak in very loud and clear voices when we say
“Get Out Of Our House”
And…… in 2012 the proudest and the loudest voices will be the voices of Former Democrats.
The eviction notices have all been written.

I’m struggling to understand why you feel the “will of the people” has been so terribly thwarted. Democrats campaigned on health care reform, Democrats won large majorities in Washington, and now they’re doing what they said they would do.
Bush’s tax cuts passed through the senate on reconciliation–not even 60 votes. Were you upset by this?
Get some perspective. This isn’t’ the death of liberty. It’s the way our government works. The way it worked two years ago. The way it’s always worked. This isn’t tyranny. It’s just called: you lost.
And our ability to have our say about it – is called First Amendment rights! Remember that? And this is called America and the people still have the right to an opinion – remember that? Hope that helps you with your struggle!

Cut me a break Bud- that was called a fixed primary – you won your election alright -but first you fixed the primary – and don’t you ever think for one minute anyone is ever going to forget it! And now you got your historic empty suit failure – and that is what you get when you place an incompetent in office. You can say whatever you want – Saddam used to win by 95% landslides and I didn’t believe that either but if it helps you to sleep at night – go ahead- your types lives in fantasy land and you like it that way. It’s all about who won isn’t it? Never matters- how they won? It matters to me- cheaters never win they take it just like you just tried to do. Ok you win – feel better! Just to be clear. You’re comparing the United States 2008 election to Saddam Hussein being “elected” in Iraq?
I’m sorry, if you believe this is even remotely the same thing you’re wayyyy out there. I”m trying to be reasonable and you’re hitting me with wacky conspiracy theories and highly inflammatory rhetoric.
What is this about, really? You think Obama is “fraudulent”? How? You think the primary was “fixed”? How? And by whom? What exactly are you railing against with all this stuff?
Many of us here are ex-Democrats and you seem to be speaking to us as the “you lost” enemy. We all lost. The Democrats failure to acknowledge the loss of their base is a perspective that they need to consider. The fraudulently elected president and the current House and Senate need to realize that they were elected because people were so angry at Bush for his deceptions and the trampling of our rights. Their response has been to do more of the same. All the more disheartening to those who once believed the Democrats were less corrupt. We are RIDs, Republicans, Independents and Democrats united to get rid of all of them.
I was a Democrat too since I was 18 years old, I’m 50 years old now. I was Democratic Chairman in my city for 12 years, I quit after last year’s primary. I knew what is going to happen if people are stupid enough to vote for straight democrat ticket and give both houses control to the democrats – they’ll destroy this country. If they can cheat on Hillary’, they’ll cheat and lie to the American people. In my city, Hillary won the primary. When I was in Denver, they’ve told me I have to cast my vote for Obama, I refused to do it, I owe it to primary voters to bring their vote with honesty and integrity to the floor. The DNC big bosses told me Hillary already release her delegates, I made it loud and clear that’ was her prerogative, it was also my prerogative to cast my vote for her. The arm twisting by Obama people was beyond belief. I walked out from the convention, hop the plane and went home. I did not cast my vote, as soon as my feet landed in my city, I resigned as chairman of Democratic Party.
Anyone who vote again for any democrat candidate is a fool and deserve to be fooled; they asked for it – they got it.

I feel your pain. This was the biggest heartbreak of our lives. I had lost a son before this and I lost two daughters since and believe me – loosing democracy came close to loosing a child in pain.
When you love you country and your freedom and when you have integrity and character and you believe with all your heart in that which you are doing – it hurts like hell to see it for what it is.
It actually felt like a part of me was dying too.
I will never again feel about either party that a politician can be trusted. Igrew up believing in God and Country – I would have laid down my life for my country as so many others have done but to find out that it is all a filthy dirty crooked game for them – all of them – well it was devasting to me.
Now I have lost it all . My kids and my country.
All I have left– is to fight for the idealism that made this country great in the first place — and for that dear lady I intend to go down fighting with my last breath.

As I said in a previous thread, all that’s necessary to clean up Washington is real campaign finance reform–even if it means amending the Constitution.

I am not a “birther” but think the president is a egotistical jerk for screwing around with the whole issue of his past. I AM concerned that his primary education taught him citizenship in Indonesia. I am also suspicious that Obama’s push for health care has to do with his mother not having health insurance when she got cancer and being denied because she had a pre-existing condition. Many don’t buy insurance because they would rather spend their money on other things…Obama’s ‘solution’ is to mandate that everyone buy insurance and insurance companies be told how to run their business..Overkill?

Frankly, I’m glad we have someone in Washington who actually knows how the rest of us live. This happens all the time–but probably not to sitting senators.

That’s just another way of saying that a family of 4 making 43k a year would rather not spend 1/4 of their income on health insurance and would rather own a home and save for college. They’ve been priced out. Convinced that they’d rather gamble than pay those kind of exorbitant premiums. It does not mean they’re simply exercising some god-given freedom not to have health insurance. It means the system is broken and encouraging people to opt out if they can–and hope they don’t lose the bet.
First- Mr. Obama DID NOT win the primary! We were there and we know better! As far as you not understanding what we are talking about – that is either because you do not want to know or are not politically savvy! In either case it is too late to do anything about that now- but it is never too late to exercise out freedoms to be patriotic.
We are the same folks who – for eight years- took George Bush to task on a daily basis! I guess you can call us equal opportunity employers.
Yes insurance companies are out of line — but that does not mean we need these straw man arguments! Are you really expecting me and others to believe only democrats and liberals are without health care or have high premiums or get sick? Damned fool- NO ONE wants the insurance companies to rape poor people of as much of their hard earned cash as they can possible get!
Conservatives, Republicans et al are not stupid and they tend to be just as poor and get just as sick and be just as human as the 90 % of the liberals and dems who are not rich in this country. We are all paying taxes and the crooks and fat cats are screwing us all on both sides and laughing their asses off while we beat the hell out of each other. We do their dirty work for them and they live off the sweat of our brow- our blood seat and tears- we fight their battles and each other!
