Matthews – Paybacks are a Bitch!

There will be a primary in May, 2010 for the Senate race (and Gov, Congress, etc).

 

As to “when they start running” – really, they will probably start any minute now. In fact, a committee member has already gotten at least one letter from someone running for Governor that year.

 

Of course, we have the whole 2009 election cycle to get through first – municipal elections and some state-wide judicial elections, so the Gov / Senate candidates (both likely to be contested Dem primaries) are likely to wait until that’s over to really crank it up, and turn it on full-force about a year from now, but in reality, they’re getting started now.

 

Google tells me that rumor has it Matthews is “staffing up.”

 

Women’s intuition tells me Matthews was already promised his primary win for the hatchet job he did on Hillary and the magic carpet ride he provided for the chosen one. So it is going to be up to us ladies of PA to make sure we stop him dead in his tracks in any and every way possible. And it starts today!
